The hotel is clean and has great facilities. It is located near the center in a quiet area, which is a bonus. The breakfast provided is excellent with plenty of options to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Fantastic breakfast with a wide variety of options. The staff, especially Angela and Tomasz, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect, close to public transportation and within walking distance to Rossio Square and tram 28. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were quiet when the windows were closed. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience.

Great location in the city center with friendly and helpful staff. Quirky and cozy themed rooms with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Buffet breakfast exceeded expectations. Rooftop terrace and Cabaret shows added to the unique experience.

Super friendly staff, cozy hotel, unique Cabaret theme. Close to everything we needed. Good food at fair prices. Liz Bonne show was excellent and enjoyable even though it was in Portuguese/English.
Nit-picky, but expensive and limited bar options. Special cocktail menu instead of standard cocktails.

The location of the hotel was great, just across from a quiet park and close to the main attractions. There were some good restaurants nearby as well. The room was comfortable with a cozy bed and there was a Nespresso coffee machine. The breakfast had a lot of tasty options to choose from.
The street outside could be very loud when the windows were open.
